T & C with Refund Policy
- A full room rate will be chargeable for check in 0700 hours or check out after 1800 hours. Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
- The cancellation due date is 14 days prior to the confirmed booking date. An amount of 10% of the booking amount may be considered as the compensation or recovery charge, unless specified.
- Once a reservation is confirmed, any cancellation of or modification is valid of the booking at least 3 days ( 72hours) prior to the confirmed booking.
- For Any Cancellation request received after the above mentioned due date ( including the request made with this period ) are subjected to a minimum sur charge of 1 (one ) night room tariff. unless specified.
- For Unless specified in any cancellation policy, cancellation request prior to the due date will normally be refunded upto 100% ( the management may also charge a compensation or precessing fee) and same will be processed within 10 days, net of any extra charge that will be deducted from the refund amount..
- No Show or failure to arrive on the booking date will be treated as a late cancellation will incur a minimum fee of one (1) night room tariff or more unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of the related booking.
- Shortened stays, in most cases , will be refunded within 10 days as our normal refund process, net of any surcharge applicable on it. If however same being notify lately after the check-in, there will be an extra recovery charge applicable on it.
- A recovery charge is applicable unless specify, often equal to 1 (one) night room tariff, to a shortened stay at late notice. Please confirm the same with the management.
- A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received after the due date and valid at least 3 days (72hrs) prior to the confirmed bookings. No refund thereafter. In an event of no-show, total cost of the stay will be belled and no refund will be available in any circumstances.
- Any related problems or queries on your reservation prior to your arrival or during your stay should be directed to the management or send on an email.For Peak Season, all payments against reservations are non-refundable unless specified.
- All guest must produce an self identity proof upon their arrival.
- We accept payment by Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer / Cash Deposit.
- Standard Check-in and Check-Out Time
- Check-in Time : 1200 hr – 2300 hr
- Check-Out Time : 1300 hr
- Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid booking confirmation.
- The room tariff are applicable per room per night. Other govt taxes or services charge and other levies are additional wherever applicable.
- The room tariff is not inclusive of any pick up or transport service. However, should you require any service related to airport transfer or related transportations, please fee free to contact us.

- Requests for extra bed and other preferences will be limited to the availability on arrival.
- Guests are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. We are not in a position to accept personal checks and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with us.
